About this group
🎵 Introducing our Music and Movement Group! 💃 Get ready to make some noise and shake your sillies out! Join us for an energetic group designed specifically for kids ages 4-8 to explore the joy of sound and motion. In this group, kids will be encouraged to make connections with rhythm and beat as they move their bodies. We will explore different instruments, make music, and play movement-based games, all while having fun. No previous musical experience is necessary. Participation will be supported at every child's comfort level! During the group, we’ll focus on: ✨ Strengthening fine and gross motor skills through instrument play and rhythmic dancing ✨ Supporting auditory processing and sensory regulation through sound exploration ✨ Connecting through shared rhythm and the creative power of musical pauses ✨ Building collaboration and social engagement by playing together as a group 🗓️ Upcoming sessions: Tuesday, June 23, from 11 am - 12 pm. This group is open to the general public in addition to Blume clients.
