Our Approach
Neurodiversity-Affirming,
Trauma-Responsive, and Supportive Care
Every child is unique. We believe that the world is a better place for everyone when differences are celebrated.

Our goal is to ensure that your child has the tools they need to lead a successful life in the ways that are meaningful to them. We support our clients in further understanding their unique strengths and needs while promoting meaningful skill development and participation in valued activities. This often happens through a child’s most valuable occupation, play!

Our team collaborates closely to provide your child with the highest quality of care. When crafting interventions, we make informed decisions that nurture your child’s unique strengths, incorporate your child’s interests to foster intrinsic motivation, and adjust our plans accordingly based on a deep understanding of your child’s unique needs.
Our tailored approach to therapy, driven by our core beliefs, prioritizes a safe and trusting therapeutic relationship first and foremost, which is the key to long-term growth and development.
At the end of the day, we want our clients and their families to feel affirmed, trusted, and supported!
Our Values
Our Process
Our team is committed to working with your family - from initial consultation to discharge of services - to provide comprehensive, individualized, and compassionate support. Our team has thoughtfully crafted processes and procedures to ensure you experience consistent reliability, transparency, empathy, responsiveness to your family’s needs, personalized attention to detail, and a dedication to the highest quality of services.
Scheduling & Waitlist
You are placed on our waitlist for your preferred days and times for weekly sessions. This may take several months depending on our availability.
Intake & Initial Evaluation
After completing your intake forms, you and your child will attend the initial evaluation to assess qualification for services. Your child’s clinician will complete an in-depth evaluation report that will include clinician goals and/or recommendations.
Recurring Sessions
Your child will begin weekly recurring sessions in our clinic with their matched clinician. These sessions are uniquely tailored to your child's needs, incorporating their strengths and interests to foster intrinsic motivation while prioritizing a safe and trusting therapeutic relationship.
Progress Checks &
Discharge
Your child’s clinician will review therapeutic goals every six months and complete a re-evaluation every 12 months. Your clinician will collaborate with you when planning for discharge given therapeutic progress and your family's needs.
