🎨 Introducing our Artists Assemble Group at Blume Kids Therapy! ✨ Get ready to get creative! Join us during Spring Break for an engaging and expressive OT group designed specifically for 5th-8th graders. In this space, we’ll use the power of art to foster connection, explore regulation, and discover how meaningful projects can support our overall well-being. During the group, we’ll focus on: ✨ Exploring arts and crafts as a practical and engaging strategy for regulation ✨ Promoting joyful connections and collaboration with peers through creative projects ✨ Reflecting on body signals and emotions to understand how creativity impacts our feelings ✨ Identifying specific actions and tools that support both the body and the brain 🗓️ Upcoming sessions: Tuesday, March 17, from 10 - 11 am This group is open to the general public in addition to Blume clients.
