Schedule Caregiver Consultation

Occupational and Speech Therapy are often new concepts for our clients. We recommend starting with a free 15-minute call no matter where you are in your journey of learning about or signing up for occupational or speech therapy.  

 

During the call, we will review what you shared in our consult form and discuss how our services might be able to help. We will also provide education on any topics you may be curious about.

We currently accept Medicaid, UnitedHealthcare, Cigna, and Anthem/BCBS. While we are not in-network with Aetna, we will submit claims to them on your behalf through your out-of-network benefits. Some of our insurance contracts limit us to being able to offer only 30-minute sessions. If this applies to you, we offer the option to schedule additional time in 30-minute increments at our self-pay rate. If we do not currently accept your insurance, we will provide you with documentation needed to get a partial reimbursement as an out-of-network provider.
